The PolePole wooden chicken figurine
The PolePole wooden chicken figurine, in its chick version, is hand carved and hand painted in Bali, based on a design by the Japanese brand T-lab. In Swahili, “pole pole” means slowly, little by little: a whole philosophy of woodworking.
Cut, carved, sanded and then painted by hand, each wooden chicken figurine is unique.
- Handmade in Bali
- Natural plant-based paint
- Albizia Falcata wood from responsibly managed forests
- Approximate size 3.5 x 2.5 x 4.7 cm
- Each wooden chicken is unique: size and shape may vary
- Decorative item, not suitable for young children
An eco-friendly wooden chicken
T-lab protects the natural and very fast growth of Albizia Falcata forests by committing to replant the trees used in its production. This figurine is an entirely natural object, free from chemical treatments and polluting paints.
A natural, minimalist decorative piece
The simplicity and softness of this wooden chicken bring a sense of calm throughout the day. It looks right at home on a desk, a wooden shelf or a windowsill, and blends naturally with Scandinavian and minimalist interiors. A quick glance at your totem animal is all it takes to forget the worries of everyday life.
An original gift idea
Sweet and endearing, this wooden chicken figurine makes a lovely gift, all the more charming when reunited with the rest of the pole pole family.
This little chick can join its mother with the wooden parent chicken, bringing the whole family together on your shelf.
