Black Whale Wooden Figurine
The PolePole wooden whale figurine
The PolePole wooden whale figurine is hand carved and hand painted in Bali, based on a design by the Japanese brand T-lab. In Swahili, "pole pole" means slowly, little by little: a whole philosophy of woodworking.
Cut, carved, finely sanded and then painted by hand, this black wooden whale with its smooth, rounded shapes is a unique and endearing piece.
